Our Policies

Our Policies

At Rajo Group, we recognize that long-term success depends on more than the quality of our services — it depends on how responsibly we conduct our business. Our policies guide our operations and reflect our commitment to ethical, sustainable, and socially responsible practices.

Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

We maintain zero tolerance for bribery, fraud, or corrupt practices in any form. All employees, partners, and contractors must comply with strict anti-corruption standards, ensuring that every transaction and engagement is transparent, ethical, and aligned with international compliance frameworks.

Anti-Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy

We are firmly committed to preventing modern slavery, forced labor, and human
trafficking across our operations and supply chains. We conduct due diligence on
partners and suppliers and uphold the rights and dignity of all individuals working
with or on behalf of Rajo Group.

Sustainability Policy

Rajo Group integrates environmental responsibility into all aspects of our projects. From energy efficiency in construction to responsible sourcing and waste reduction, we are dedicated to minimizing our footprint while maximizing positive social and economic impact for the communities we serve.

Code of Conduct & PSEA (Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse)

Our Code of Conduct sets clear expectations for professional integrity, respect,
and accountability. We have a zero-tolerance stance on harassment, exploitation,
or abuse, with specific emphasis on protecting vulnerable groups in humanitarian
and development contexts. All staff and contractors are required to adhere to our
PSEA standards

Anti-Competitive Policy

We are committed to fair, transparent, and ethical business practices. Rajo Group does not engage in anti-competitive behavior such as collusion, price-fixing, or bid-rigging. We compete honestly and focus on delivering value through quality, efficiency, and innovation.

Biodiversity Policy

We recognize the importance of protecting ecosystems and biodiversity in the
areas where we operate. Our projects are designed to minimize ecological
disruption, comply with environmental regulations, and where possible, enhance
natural habitats through restoration and responsible land use practices.

Human Rights Policy

Rajo Group is committed to respecting and promoting human rights in every
project and partnership. We operate in accordance with international human
rights principles, ensuring safe working conditions, non-discrimination, and
respect for the rights of local communities affected by our operations.
